I wouldn't know when, but before that displayed the rank correctly, when a player on discord wrote this displayed:

With those details I'm still unable to reproduce this. I set my message formats to be the exact same as you have. What version of DiscordSRV are you running and what other plugins do you have installed on your server?

The only options I've changed are BotToken, Channels (in the config.yml) and DiscordToMinecraftChatMessageFormat + DiscordToMinecraftChatMessageFormatNoRole (in the messages.yml to match your values)
