I don't mean just disabling it with negative permissions. I mean to add an option to completely disable it, because users might need to DM the bot for some other reasons and the bot keeps replying "are you sure this is your code?..."

DiscordSRV is intended to be run on it's own bot, so there shouldn't be "other reasons"
