[VOICE] Toggleable display on screen to show who can hear them

Why?

This could be a cool feature for players that would like to know who can currently hear them in game, rather than looking in Discord.

What and How?

The player in game can use /inrangetoggle (or something), which would display either an actionbar text, or scoreboard (according to whichever one was set in config). The scoreboard and actionbar could be like "Nearby: axtonprice", as well as the option to fully configure the text.

Are there alternatives?

There could also just be a command player can run which tells them who is nearby, rather than having text on their screen all the time.

Checks

  • I have used the search at least once to check if my idea has already been suggested and perhaps already implemented.

Anything else

This suggestions was inspired by the Minecord plugin

Discord's overlay can display users in the current voice channel (and their speaking status too) more info here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/217659737-Games-Overlay-101

Neat idea, low priority

I would really like to see this feature in the plugin.

Somehow a scoreboard placeholder would be great!
Also a thing in your nickname that appears when you're in voice chat range

yes I think a placeholder for use anywhere could be even better!

Maybe a Unicode symbol (like a speaker or a colored dot) behind someone's name could also show if they have their accounts linked, and another could show if they're in any channel in the voice.yml category?
