Required account linking to chat not properly handling long content messages

Expected behavior

a message that has more than 1999 characters must be deleted by the bot.

Actual behavior

if you write a message longer than 2000, 2001+ characters, it will not be deleted by the bot.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make DiscordChatChannelRequireLinkedAccount: true
  2. Send a message with more than 2000 characters to the discord chat with messages from minecraft
  3. You can see that the message was not deleted by the bot + error in the console.

Server software and version

Purpur-1402 (MC 1.17.1)

Checks

  • I am not using an outdated version of DiscordSRV.
  • I asked in DiscordSRV's Discord server to see whether this issue is in fact a bug that needs to be fixed.
