Replacing prefixes only for Discord messages.

Why?

Discord is more customizable when it comes to the use of custom emojis, and having custom ranks in Minecraft that involve ⭐ and ❤ emojis which are given different colours in-game per rank, it will end up being difficult to tell them apart in Discord since they only show as one color.

What and How?

Similar to how LuckPerms sets prefixes for a group, there could be a new set of permissions for DiscordSRV where the prefix for within Discord gets decided, e.g. discordsrv.prefix.:customemoji: any text here - That way, Discord will know to use those prefixes for the messages it sends.

Are there alternatives?

If the above doesn't work, perhaps having a seperate entry in one of the config files deciding what to replace the LuckPerms prefixes by for use in Discord. Meaning you'd change the prefixes within the .yml configs itself.

Sadly, there is no way for me to do this as of yet, and I don't think it's possible with the current tools we have available to us.
