Expected behavior
Convert console colors correctly.

TL;DR: all we want is some sanity in the console logs when we examine things. :)
Steps to reproduce
Type from Discord to Game with color codes.
Server software and version
Paper 1.19.2 Build 138
Checks
- I am not using an outdated version of DiscordSRV.
- I asked in DiscordSRV's Discord server to see whether this issue is in fact a bug that needs to be fixed.
Anything else
I eat 12 pillsbury cookies nearly every night and have no regrets.
Since it's been nearly a year I guess I'll bump this and say it continues to occur on Paper 1.20.1 Build 129
