Expected behavior

DiscordSRV v1.26.1-SNAPSHOT
CraftBukkit version 3657-Bukkit-4a929b5 (MC: 1.19.3) (Implementing API version 1.19.3-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
It seems, some Unicode symbols are broken during build.

Russian text is correct at your repo: src/main/resources/config/ru.yml

Actual behavior

But when I unpack your DiscordSRV-1.26.1.jar and open \config\ru.yml I see

All configs after install have same issue

Install DiscordSRV-1.26.1.jar on Russian locale instance
View config or any localized files

• I am not using an outdated version of DiscordSRV.
• I asked in DiscordSRV's Discord server to see whether this issue is in fact a bug that needs to be fixed.
