Why?

By default, if the server stops ticking for 30 seconds, the DiscordSRV bot will ping the owner of the server. In my case, the owner of the server is not currently involved with the development of the Minecraft server, and the triple ping is quite annoying for them.

What and How?

By default, the owner should not be pinged.

Are there alternatives?

I completely understand that we can easily configure this to not ping. But if a user just tosses the plugin in for testing, or is messing with configs and resetting it, it's easy to forget to make the warning not ping.

This request is similar to #1448, but not the same. Instead of asking on how to stop it from pinging the owner, I wish for it not to be the default config.

But the reasoning from that issue still stands!
