Expected behavior

Nicknames are synced when a user joins the server.

Actual behavior

Usernames are synced when a user joins, presumably because plugins dealing with nicknames are not fully loaded.

Steps to reproduce

Join a server and not be the Discord or Minecraft server owner.

PaperMC-1.21
