Would it be possible to have DiscordSRV pass through the VanishNoPacket Fake Join/Quit messages into Discord?

Possible yes, doing it no. DiscordSRV used to do this and was a complete hit or miss whether or not it was successful in catching it. Ask the developer of VanishNoPacket to implement functionality for this.
