Automatically yell at people when /discord debug is ran before the link is given about issues

Warnings:

• DebugLevel == 0
• Channels pair key matching a Discord text channel name

• (DiscordChatChannelPrefix.length != 0)
• GroupRoleSynchronizationRoleIdsToSync ids can not be found
