Allow multiple regexs detections for a single channel (console/chat), each with their own unique replacements.
Right now we can detect multiple words using a single regex, but we can't have separate replacements for each of them.

Not necessarily solving this but multiple regexes can now be defined (latest snapshot: https://snapshot.discordsrv.com)
