I was thinking it would be helpful that when the server goes offline, the bot could remove send perms from everyone for that channel and give them back when it goes offline. doesn't seem too hard right?

clarification:
Server offline - cant type in in-game chat (cause it won't go to Minecraft anyway)
Server online - chat perms are returned to those who had it in the first place (like I don't want to give perms to unlinked players or VIPs for example)

example:
Linked Vip's have perms to chat but unlinked or non-VIP cant
when server offline - bot removes the send perms from linked Vip's
when the server goes online, only linked Vip's get perms again
