Auto updating bot presence (playing, watching, listening to & custom if it becomes available)

Sometimes Discord forgets bots' activities when there is an API outage. This is annoying as after our servers are up for a while, they don't have their playing statuses anymore.
This can be fixed by setting the activity like every 30 minutes or so.
