Acheivements are not displaying in Discord when updating

Going from
DiscordSRV-Build-1.16.4
to
DiscordSRV-Build-1.18.4

Chat went from this nice graphical pretty(including achievements for 1.12.2)-

To this- non graphical, missing all achievements for 1.12.2
