Discord -> Minecraft Chat format incorrect

We are having an issue with our Discord channel -> Minecraft chat formatting.

Specifically, we would expect the formatting in the messages.yml (paste here)

It should be something like [Discord | UserRole] Username >> Message

Instead we are only seeing username: message in game

We are using DiscordSRV 1.19.0 on Paper 1.15.2

Other enabled plugins that might be affecting chat, if you can give me any pointers:

  • DeluxeChat
  • Chatcontrol
  • EssentialsX (but EssentialsXChat is disabled)
  • Nicky
  • PlaceholderAPI (maybe I failed to download one of the ecloud plugins?)
