The suggestion: Allow only specific groups to mention users in discord. Preferably would require the user to link their discord to the server. And would allow the option to a) only let them mention if they have privileges on the discord server to mention. b) only allow them to mention if they have a 'discordsrv.mention' privilege on the mc server or c) both of the above, they require both mention privileges and server group privileges to mention users.
