[1.16.1] Messages not being sent to MC Server

MC Version - 1.61.1 Paper-115
DiscordSRV Version - Build 1.19.1
Discord messages arent being sent through, stopped working when I updated server to 1.16.1. Was working on 1.15.2

The number at the end of the filename is just a timestamp from when the snapshot was grabbed.
