GriefPrevention is basically an all in one plugin for... preventing grief (mind = blown). It sometimes soft-mutes people under certain conditions, but soft muted messages are still sent to Discord. GriefPrevention does not have a flat-out API but there are enough comments in the code that you can find your way around.
