The config option DiscordChatChannelPrefixRequiredToProcessMessage defines a prefix every chat message must be prefixed with to be send to Discord. Some users asked for a possibility to deny specific chat messages from being send to Discord. Adding a toggle for this existing option to function as a blacklist instead of a whitelist should do the trick.
