Hello, i was testing the plugin and a player without any permission can dismount when he shift-click.

I see the config file and it have the option DismountOnShift: false

Unfortunately, I will not be able to take a look at this before December since I'll have too much to do until then, but I'll keep this issue in mind!

Memo to myself: Related to code of #80. Had a brief look at the code and would have expected the dismount to be prevented for all players instead of being allowed for everyone.

Fixed by #86
