I was able to do this with skirpt, It would be nice to have, but it is not needed.

on death of a wither or ender dragon:
    wait 3 seconds
    broadcast "&a&lSpeedrunners&r&a win!"
    broadcast "&6Please wait to be teleported to lobby."
    wait 45 seconds
    execute console command "/end"
