when in one of the dreamlands you use command /back, you go back to spawnpoint with empty inventory and no way to get back your items.

Where does the command /back come from?

Well this is not really a bug, you are just misusing essentials.

It's from Essentials. Quite popular plugin. Brings you back to the
last place you were teleported to, or if that doesn't exist, to the
spawn point. If you die and respawn, /back brings you to the place you
died and another /back will bring you back to spawn.
