I suggest add a parameter to config.yml that send messages about backup status to user, which use the command.

if it is, I will check again my problem because when I has asked players on my server about it and they talk me that messages about starting backuping are visible in chat.

Messages about backup shouldn't be visible by default to players. Check your permission system's setup.
