Issue Description: From my understanding, Dynmap is supposed to automatically pause fullrenders once the amount of players online is equal to the amount set in the config file and unpause them once online players falls below that limit. Pausing works fine, but unpausing never fires, I always have to manually unpause using /dynmap pause none

  • Steps to Replicate: Set fullrenderplayerlimit to 1, start a fullrender, log into server, see fullrender paused, log out of server, see fullrender remaining paused.
