Issue Description:

Dynmap gets stuck on "loading default resource pack" on startup, stopping the server from starting

  • Dynmap Version: 3.7 Snapshot
  • Server Version: Paper 1.21.7 build 15

  • Server Host (if applicable): EnviroMC
  • Other Relevant Data/Screenshots: I am using a server resource pack
  • Steps to Replicate: Try starting the server

I think the texture pack API needs an update .

This issue persists on DYNMAP 3.7 Beta 10

Any update on this? Still stuck on the latest version
