Big lags caused by echopet (timings included)

Hello,
I have tried running my server w/o echopet plugin and CPU usage decreased by 33% (from 141% to 108%) - but I want to use echopet, players LOVE this plugin.

As you can see, echopet has 10.18% of overall server usage, which is really too much.
I'm using Spigot 1.7.5
Can you do something with that? I have disabled echopets in some worlds (blacklisted), but I don't know, why PlayerChangedWorldEvent takes so much. I'm using multiverse core with 13 worlds. Also that EntityDeathEvent (and sub-classes) takes really so much mem.
