By watching a few videos on EchoPet I notice a lot of differences between 1.6.2 and 1.5.2. Running a tekkit server, I only have 1.5.2 available for me and I can only use the 1.5.2 version of EchoPet. I need a version compatible wiht 1.5.2 and I also cannot find one page on the internet listing the permissions for the 1.5.2 version of this plugin.

EchoPet 1 lost support due to the MultiWorld issue. Unfortunately, due to the ever-changing nature of the obfuscation in Minecraft Server code (NMS), it would be extremely difficult to maintain a 1.5 and 1.6 version of the plugin simultaneously. Sorry 😞.

I can help you with the old permissions though. If you navigate over to the EchoPet page history you'll find a whole list of the changes to the BukkitDev page. r23 and before will have the permissions you need 😄.
