Nothing inside default.yml

I installed the plugin correctly, but when I open default.yml to set the options there is nothing inside.
Why?

(I use eco creature 0.0.9 for craftbukkit 1.1R3)

I just tried this with the latest 0.0.9d-b71. It generates the default.yml config. Not sure what else is going on here.

Uhmm where i can dowload 0.0.9d-b71 ?
Or, at least, take me a copy of the config file... so I can edit it...
