[REQ] Spawner Multipliers

Hey, I have a simple suggestion for ecoCreature... Spawner Multipliers.
This would work the same way as a Day/night Multiplier, but instead of being related to a Group, world, or time, it would be if the person is grinding or camping at a spawner. People like me want to allow users to do this, but limit it to an extent. Instead of disabling it completely, I could just make it so the user gets 50% of the money. So instead of getting 10$, they would get 5$.
This would be configurable like any other multiplier, and could be have overrides for certain groups if you wanted to add that feature as well (maybe in a permission node, not a group name). To disable this feature, they could just set the multiplier to 1, like everything else would work.
I would attempt to do this myself, but I can't seem to find the source code. Eitherway, this would be a great feature to be added to ecoCreature and I would be fully up for testing it myself on my server. :)
Edit: You could also make multipliers for specific Mods (like Zombie, Skeleton, etc). Such as Zombie spawners having a Multiplier of .5, and Skeletons having .35.
