Reward w/o permission node

I just installed this on my server, and players are getting rewards even though I have not assigned them any permission nodes. Can this be because the version I have installed said nothing about it being updated to 1.3.1?
1.3.1 is not the issue. The current release has a bug so I will be posting an updated version very soon. The fix is currently in the dev release here:
Just make sure to rename it and replace your existing ecoCreature.jar or else you'll have two of them running which would be bad.
