Support for dropping players head :D

Funny thing is, I just added this to another plugin within the past week. It should be simple to add it ecoCreature.

What about person you killed :O

I recently took a peak under the hood of ecoCreature and I believe that you should be able to do that. I'm assuming that you want to drop heads such as Skeleton, Withered Skeleton, Zombie, Player, and Creeper Heads. For example the follow drop configuration

Drops:
- skull item:1-1:3     # drop 1 skeleton head 3%
- skull item.1:1-1:2   # drop 1 withered skeleton head 2%
- skull item.2:1-1:2   # drop 1 zombie head 2%
- skull item.3:1-1:4   # drop 1 steve head 4%
- skull item.4:1-1:2   # drop 1 creeper head 2%

would drop different heads at the given drop rates.
