in other games you press and hold a key to open up the emote wheel, and as soon as you let go of that key, the emote wheel closes and the selected emote (if any) starts playing. it would be cool if we had an option to replicate that behavior.

its not a duplicate. those are two different suggestions. in #471 i suggested to close the emote wheel by pressing the same key (default: B) again, but not execute any emotes. in #473 i suggested to execute the selected emote (if any) when letting go of the key.
