3d layers does not bend with the body when using the emote
There is a similar issue in 3d-skin-layers,(tr7zw/3d-Skin-Layers#192) but the author of 3d-skin-layers said that it is an emotecraft issue.
(i know the old version of 3d-skin-layers fixed it , but it isn't available in 1.21.1)

@DramaShen I am working on an addon mod that will fix this issue, it will probably take a while but I will let you know when I am done with it
KosmX did make a fix for this but 3D skin layers changed smth that broke that fix
