It seems that signs do not work even when the correct permissions are added and spawn-protection is at 0.

Players are able to type /warp spawn fine however they cannot use warp signs or any signs for that matter, even with the correct permission e.g. essentials.signs.use.warp

I tried adding 'Everyone' on the 3rd line of the sign however when they right clicked, nothing happened and no debug showed in the console at all whenever they right clicked in /ess debug mode however debug shows fine for all commands fine.

I am using EssentialsX build 176.

Closed, perworldplugins was causing the issue, it needed the worlds added to the plugins in its config in order to allow signs to work for that plugin, I guess it's a bug.
