suggestion to make /ping show the players ping
and make it so if its under 100 will be green over 101 it will be yellow and over 400 it will be red

Changing the ping behaviour would break legacy aliases which use /ping to send messages. Use a plugin like LagMeter for this, or just look at the tab list.
