players use /seen (without essentials.banreason) and get banreason

The only permission my players have are essentials.seen and not essentials.banreason, but they keep saying that they can see the banreason of the player.

Ensure that users don't have essentials.seen.banreason set implicitly by giving them essentials.seen, and revoke it if necessary.
