Title pretty much says it all: when a cooldown is assigned to the /fix command, the actual cooldown doesn't work at all. Instead, I can use the command as much as I want.

edit: Probably affects some other commands as well, haven't tested though.

If this is still an issue, could you update to the latest build and report back whether this still occurs?
