Not sure at what point this stopped working, People will this permission should be able to bypass a full server. Its not working.

If you are op or have admin perms it lets you in, but this permission alone essentials.joinfullserver for a donator rank no longer works, they just get the server full message.

You sure they have the permission? You might be having issues with giving offline players permissions.
