Essentials signs and similar formatted signs cancel nearby explosions

Essentially, (hah) when an explosion takes place near an essentials sign, the explosion is cancelled.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable any essentials sign or all (Bug does not happen when all are disabled) (line

in my config) - Place a valid essentials sign
- Explode tnt (or creeper, etc) near the sign
- Explosion is cancelled
It's also worth noting that any non-essentials sign with the same format and color also cause the explosion to be cancelled. This can be exploited in some cases to create unraidable bases, etc.
