When sending a mail, the mailFormat string from the language files is used to format the message displayed to the sender and the receiver.

In Build #539 and newer, when the sender is lacking the "essentials.mail.color" (or "essentials.mail.format") permission, the formatted message will ignore color (or formatting) codes, thus being completely white. I think it should just remove the formatting from the message itself, but not the formatting done by the mailFormat string.

EDIT: formatting done by the mailMessage string is also affected.
