info_groupname info_username not working

Describe your issue here.
Default info.txt states "You can create a specific file for a user or a group:
Name it info_username.txt or info_groupname.txt" yet when I create an info_Fordy436.txt file, It doesn't show in-game? I also tried creating an info_owner.txt and that didn't show either.

Cannot find relevant documentation describing a method to properly do this if I am doing it incorrectly.
Nevermind... I didn't realize that when it says "You can create a specific file for a user or a group" it meant that once created, that file is the only file that's available to read by that specific Player or Group (the Group feature doesn't work though I believe).
