Server was working fine last night but starting up this morning I get "exception while executing task 12..." and users can't log in to the server.

Fixed by deleting jail.yml file from essentials folder.

Seems like a .yml file is corrupted. Also, Essentials is currently not compatible with 1.13

This is the same issue as #2080, despite being triggered by jails instead of spawns.
