Feature request

Feature description
Instead of lots of separate providers requiring 4 separate BuildTools runs, we can collapse these into one provider for 1.8.8 and one provider for 1.9.4.

How the feature is useful
This will make it easier for people to compile EssentialsX, especially when they don't intend to use it on older versions below 1.12.
