Are the GeoIP features working correctly? If so, I imagine you can ignore this.

Yeah it still says what country ppl are from so I guess it's working fine, but the warn gets a little annoying, I'll manage, I'm sure it will be removed eventually anyway

When/how often does the error message appear? I don't think there's anything we can do about this.

Everytime I start the server, it never used to show in previous dev builds

I just checked and we recently upgraded the Maxmind GeoIP library, and for some reason this message now shows up. This message can be ignored, as it doesn't affect how the plugin works.
