Since the uShop plugin currently has a broken use-essentials-worth-list option, what if Essentials had a GUI for their /sell command?

Essentials is not currently planning to add GUIs to any of its commands. Since it sounds like your issue is with the "uShop" plugin, you should probably report this to them instead. They'll be able to help you much better with this.
