Feature description

• Add customizable ways to deal with afk players.

• Instead of kicking the player who gets AFK, send a predefined command in the settings like:
  /spawn {player}
/jail {player} [jail] [time]
/kick {player}
/warp [warpname] {player}
  and etc...

How the feature is useful

• Sometimes we don't want to kick the AFK player but teleport to another place or do another action.

I think that this is a good idea.

I was about to make a suggestion about this... this is exactly what I'd want! Please add this, devs...

Would also be cool to be able to charge a certain amount of currency every x amount of minutes that someone is idle, almost like rent 😊

Am wondering if this shouldn't be merged with #3454; (Assuming such a thing is possible)
