Would be good have commands /setspawn /spawn
GUI for /homes /help /warps
Hide/Unhide command from TAB
Color signs permission

Those commands already exist, download EssentialsXSpawn.
Gui probably won't come anytime soon, but it has been under discussion.
That already exists. It's called vanish.
That already exists, refer to the Essentials permissions page.
