Problem
The problem I'm running into is that when I do warps or /spawn, I spawn in the floor. Sometimes I get stuck there and sometimes it takes a couple seconds to get where I should have gone in the first place.

What I have tried
I've unloaded a bunch of chunks and checked my timings to see if maybe my server was running behind or didn't have enough ram/cpu power. But I have barely any TPS loss and I have more than enough power/space.

Do you have exact steps to replicate this behavior? It looks more like server lag/delay than anything else. Also, have you tried teleportation without any plugins installed on the server? For example, /minecraft:tp to a random (of your choice, but making sure it isn't a loaded chunk) coordinate.

Okay so maybe try to set up a spawn higher than the block that u want it. But this looks more like a lag issue.
