Feature description
Improve the AFK system by running a command both when a player goes AFK and when a player comes back from being AFK.

How the feature is useful

You can do things such as send messages globally, have this plugin interact with other plugins by running their commands, etc. My personal use will be for displaying a boss bar to the player that is AFK. I guess this could be done with other plugins but I can't see the negatives to adding this.
